Neighborhood:
Residential busy street a few steps away from an avenue providing diverse kinds of conveniences, and in a short walking distance to Place Victor et Helene Basch offering multiple choices concerning shops, cinemas, and restaurants. A little farther by metro, on one side bordering the Saint Germain des Près district and its elegant fashion stores, the Montparnasse live and trendy area is also famous for its large number of theaters, cinemas, restaurants and nice cafes.
Premises:
This 50m² (approx 540 sqft) furnished studio is located on the 3rd floor of a 20th century walk up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system and opens into a corridor, which leads to the staircase.
The 16m² (approx 170 sqft.) living room has a double glazed window with curtains and a parquet floor. It is furnished with a sofa, a double size murphy bed, a coffee table, armchairs and a decorative marble fireplace. It is also equipped with a cable TV and a stereo.
The 12m² (approx 130 sqft) bedroom has a parquet floor and a double glazed window with curtains. It is furnised with a double size sofa bed, a chest of drawers, a cupboard, two bedside tables and a decorative marble fireplace, as well. It is also equipped with a TV.
The separate kitchen is equipped with 4 vitroceramic plates topped by an exhaust fan, a traditional oven, a dishwasher, a fridge, a washing machine combo dryer, a kettle and a coffee maker. It has a window.
The tiled bathroom has a window and is fitted with a bathtub with showerhead, a toilet and a washbasin.
Heat and hot water use gas and are individual.
Internet access is available.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is « Alésia » (line 4).
