Neighborhood: This furnished one bedroom apartment is located on Rue Madame between Rue de Vaugirard and Rue de Fleurus, in the highly popular Saint Germain des Près area, and more precisely the Saint Sulpice neighborhood. This is the Parisian core of the latest and most chic fashion shops, and one of the most attractive and historic districts on the Left Bank of the Seine River. There is a number of select restaurants and historic cafes like Les Deux Magots and Café de Flore, once favorite haunts of famous French existentialists and expatriated American literary figures. The Marché Saint Germain (fashion market) and the rue de Buci, with its special atmosphere and open-air market, are just steps away from this accommodation. For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro stations are Rennes (line 12) and Saint-Sulpice (line 4).
