A two bedroom apartment next to the Eiffel Tower.

Neighborhood: This modern apartment is only within a few minutes walking distance from the majestic Eiffel Tower built on the Champs de Mars just in front of the Trocadero gardens, bordering the Seine River. Right in the middle of the river, next to the Grenelle Bridge, is the replica of the Statue of the Liberty. The neighborhood features many fashion shops, varied restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and other services such as sport clubs, cinemas, a bilingual school, etc. Premises: This 69m² (approx 740 sq.ft.) furnished apartment is located on the fourth floor of a 1960 building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system and opens into a hall with a concierge. There is a second door with an intercom leading to the staircase and elevator. On the right of the entrance door is the separate kitchen and straight ahead the living room, which gives access to both bedrooms by a corridor. The apartment has a separate toilet and a built-in closet. All rooms have a parquet floor and a view on the entrance's courtyard, as well as the Eiffel Tower. The built-in closet is located in the entrance. The 15m² (approx. 160 sq.ft.) living room has a window, which gives access to a balcony (with a small table and two chairs). It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, a console with a TV, a dining table with chairs and a built-in closet. The13m² (approx. 140sq.ft.) first bedroom is furnished with a double size bed, a desk, a chest of drawers and two bedside tables. The 13m² second bedroom is furnished with two single size bed, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a cupboard. The separate kitchen is equipped with an electric burner, three gas plates topped by an exhaust fan, a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, an oven, a kettle and a toaster. There is also a washing machine combo dryer. The tiled bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a washbasin. Heat and hot water are collective. The nearest metro station is « Bir-Hakeim »(Line 6).
