Neighborhood:
This furnished apartment is situated in the heart of the prestigious 16th Paris arrondissement next to Passy. This is a lively neighborhood filled with fashion shops, restaurants and cinemas. The Trocadero, its famous museum and the Eiffel Tower are only a short walk away from this accommodation. Another delightful feature of this neighborhood is the open air market on Rue de l'Annonciation.
Premises:
This 82 m˛ (approx. 880 sq. ft.) furnished apartment is located on the 3rd (4th in the USA) floor of a Haussmannian building with elevator. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system and opens into a hallway. Then, a second door protected by an intercom opens into the staircase and elevator.
The apartment opens into a wide entrance with the living room straight ahead. On the left hand side, there is the kitchen and then the bedroom with bathroom. The entrance has a built in closet.
The 40m˛ (approx 430 sq. ft.) living room has parquet floor and two French windows with a view on the street. It is furnished with two double size sofas bed, a coffee table, two decorative fireplaces, a dining table with 6 chairs and a desk. It is also equipped with a cable TV, a DVD player and a stereo.
The separate kitchen is equipped with four gas plates topped by an exhaust fan, a refrigerator, a freezer, a washing machine, a dryer, an oven, a microwave, a kettle and a coffee maker. There is also a marble dining table with four chairs and a window.
The 16m˛ (approx 170 sq. ft.) bedroom has parquet floor and a double glazed window with a view on a courtyard. It is furnished with a double size bed, a chest of drawers, some cupboards and some shelves.
The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub with showerhead, a washbasin, a bidet and a toilet. It also has a window.
There is a separate toilet with a washbasin and a window.
Internet access is available.Heat use gas and is collective.
Hot water use gas and is individual.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro stations are « Avenue du Président Kennedy » (RER C), « Boulainvilliers »(RER C) and Passy (line 6).
