Around this last one there are many entertainment options such as its new Opera House, many cinemas, gorgeous restaurants, and nice pubs regularly and mostly frequented by artists and young people. Offering all kinds of services, in a short metro distance are the most important points of interest.

This was a perfect place to stay. It's in a nice, safe location. The owner is very easy going and helpful. The apartment was completely set up and ready to live in upon arrival. It's definitely in a quiet part of town so it's not terribly exciting at night, but it's really close to two metro lines. I would highly recommend staying here.
May 15 2012It doesn't say so in the description but there are actually two twin beds. The one that also functions as the couch and one underneath it.
Apartment Owner
I appreciated how discreet and kind the person who stayed in the studio for a few months was. I wish her every success in her studies.

Jun 08 2012For the price and location the space was just right. Even by NY standards this place is a bit small but for one person who is staying only a short time (under 1 year) it worked very well. The studio is separated from the bathroom by 2 doors and a small foyer so there is a little added privacy despite the small size. There is wifi included and a washer which made life much easier. The landlord was also very friendly, helpful and always available if there were any issues (though few came up). Overall, the noise level was not bad especially with the added foyer. There is a family with 3 small children who live 2 doors down. Except for them the other neighbors were very quiet.
Jan 14 2011The neighborhood is perfect for people who want convenience but also want something off the beaten path. It is close to 2 major metro lines (9 and 2) and very close to numerous grocery stores, shops, bars, and brasseries. I highly recommend it if you are looking for quaint at a great value.
