Studio apartment close to the Invalides

This furnished studio apartment is located in the Invalides area in Paris. It is on the basement level of a building from the 20th century. Please note: being at basement level, the windows are at street level (please see pictures). Access to the building is granted through a coded system. Everything in the apartment has been installed in order to optimize the limited space: the cable TV is installed above, the small table is attached to the wall and closets are installed underneath the window. There is a small kitchen corner with electric hotplates and microwave, as well. Amenities of the apartment include a phone and wireless Internet access. The apartment is exposed east towards the Boulevard de la Tour Maubourg. This furnished apartment is right across from the Hôtel des Invalides in Paris, which houses several museums, such as the Musée de l'Histoire contemporaine. Many restaurants and cafés are in the neighborhood. A couple of blocks from the apartment is "La Pagode", a movie theater known for its Japanese architecture and oriental garden café, contrasting with the surrounding buildings. UNESCO headquarters are also in the area. A bike rental station is on rue de Grenelle, a cross street from the apartment. The apartment is on the basement level of the building with security bars in front of the window
