Neighborhood:

This furnished studio apartment is located on Rue de Clignancourt between Boulevard Rochechouart and Rue Muller close to Montmartre, the center of Paris's great 19th and 20th-century art movements. Renowned artists like Berlioz and Picasso lived and worked in this district, and their unconventional lifestyle is kept alive by a number of Montmartre residents today. Nearby, the Sacred Heart Basilica promenade offers a panoramic view of Paris, and the charming Place du Tertre is a must-see. All sorts of shops and services, as well as the notable fruit and vegetable market on Rue Lepic are close to this accommodation.


Premises:

This 16m2 (approx 172 sq ft) studio apartment is located on the fifth floor of a 19th century walk up building.

The entrance gate protected by a coded security system opens into a corridor.

Then a second gate opens into a hall with staircase.

The entrance door opens into the main room.

The 13m2 (approx 139 sq ft) living room has two windows with western exposure overlooking the street with a magnificent view on the Sacré Coeur Basilica. It is furnished with a trundle bed, an armchair, a desk and a chair, a TV with international channels, a phone, an ADSL / Wifi connexion and some shelves.

The open kitchen is equipped with two induction plates topped by an exhaust fan, a microwave and a refrigerator with freezer.

The bathroom has a shower topped by a showerhead, a washbasin and a toilet. There is also a washing machine.

Heat and hot water are both electric.

For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro stations are Château Rouge (line 4), Anvers (line 2) and Barbès-Rochechouart (lines 2 and 4).
