Neighborhood: This furnished studio apartment is located on Boulevard Saint-Germain between Rue des Saints-Pères and Rue de Rennes. Saint Germain des Près is a historical district with elegant, trendy streets. It is known for its many stylish fashion shops, antique shops, art galleries, sophisticated and traditional restaurants, pubs and cinemas. After World War II, this area became synonymous with intellectual life, many artists meeting in well-known bars and cafes in the neighborhood. The area is within short walking distance to the Seine and the delightful Ile Saint Louis and not far from Luxembourg Gardens. All sorts of essential shops and services are in the neighborhood, as well as the farmer's market on Rue de Buci Premises: This 15m2 (approx 161 sq ft) studio apartment is located on the fifth floor of a 19th century building with elevator and staircase. The entrance gate protected by a coded security system opens into a courtyard. Then a second gate to your left opens into a hall with elevator and staircase. The apartment opens into the main room with the open kitchen. The main room has two windows with northern/eastern exposure overlooking the street. It is furnished with a single size bed, a bedside table, an armchair, a TV with cable, a phone, Internet (wireless), a chest of drawers, a desk and a chair, a dining table with chairs and some shelves. There is also a small mezzanine with two single size mattresses. The open kitchen is equipped with two induction plates topped by an exhaust fan, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a kettle. There is also a combo washer/dryer. The bathroom has a jacuzzi, a wall-mounted shower, a washbasin, a heated towel rack and a toilet. Heat and hot water are both electric.
