This studio duplex apartment is located in Montparnasse in Paris. It is on the ground floor of a 19th century building. Access to the building is granted through a coded system. The apartment has a design interior and very high ceilings in the living room. This furnished rental is exposed north east with a view on the courtyard. The apartment is located between the Montparnasse cemetery and the Jardin du Luxembourg in Paris.
