Nice one bedroom near Place de Wagram
|
Comfortable and calm this 53m2 apartment is located on the seventh floor of a nice, well maintained building from the beginning of the 20th century with an intercom system and an elevator. South exposed and facing the Avenue it is ideal for two people.
Decorated with off-white colored walls, a light brown wall to wall carpet and rugs, many Brazilian naïf paintings and masterpiece drawings hanging on the walls, it also has two balconies on the street side with view on the Arc du Triumph a little away to the right side.
A tiny hall fitted out with a round glass dining table, two metal' and two plastic' folding chairs, a mirror, and a closet, is right after the main door.
On the alignment is the living room furnished with a gray material sofa for two with small tables on both sides, three antique armchairs, a console with curios and a lamp, a blue dresser, and a little spirits bar. In addition there are some bookshelves, a luster, a cable TV, a VCR, a Hi Fi stereo, and French windows with beige curtains and outside shutters, giving access to the 6m2 balcony. From the balcony there is a superb view of the Arc de Triomphe (five minutes walk from the apartment).
To the right side of the hall is the corridor leading to the bedroom at left, kitchen at right, separated restroom, and to the bathroom at the bottom.
The bedroom has a double bed with a bedside table on which is a telephone-fax, a whole wall built-in closet, an antique desk, and a chest of drawers. Besides there is a little TV, Lalique lamps, and a French window with curtains and outside shutters, and a balcony on the street side.
Small and functional, with light yellow colored walls and linoleum covering the floor, the independent kitchen is equipped with three electric burners, a mini electric oven, a little fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, cupboards and shelves containing kitchen utensils, a stainless steel sink, and a window.
The bathroom has off white and white tiled walls consisting on a bathtub with a wall mounted shower, and a washbasin. The restroom is independent.
One of the five branches' star design of the world famous Place de l'Etoile with the Arc du Triumph in the center, this mostly residential Avenue is located just beside the celebrated Avenue des Champs Elysees, another of the five branches. All around this area many fashionable streets, traditional to sophisticated restaurants, trendy cafes and nightclubs, and other services such as many cultural and entertainment options, open-air markets, and supermarkets are easily found.
Cleaning lady is provided once a week and is included in the rent.
The closest metro stations are Wagram and Pereire (line 3).
