This fully furnished studio apartment is located in the Bastille neighborhood of Paris, in the 11th arrondissement. The apartment is on the 5th floor of a 6-story building with the great convenience of an elevator. There is an intercom system for guest entry.
This studio features a balcony with southern exposure, where you can enjoy the sunlight and enjoy the garden view. The floors are marble-lined and the furnishings are modern, with a double size sofa bed and a dining table for two. The kitchen is open to the living area, separated by an elevated bar with stools for casual dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and combo washer/dryer in addition to all the basic amenities. The bathroom has a shower, sink and w/c. A closet is available for storing personal items.
Guides, maps and neighborhood tips are provided by the owner to allow you to best enjoy your time in Paris.
This apartment is located on Rue Amelot in the Bastille area. Around the corner on the Boulevard Beaumarchais, the street is lined with shops and restaurants. Just beyond this street you will find the historic Place de Vosges, a park with the house of Victor Hugo on the corner. The famous Place de la Bastille and the Bastille Opéra are only about 2 blocks away, and the Ile Saint Louis with the Cathedral of Notre Dame is a pleasant walk away.
The closest metro stop is Bréguet Sabin (Line 5), less than a block away. The Bastille (Lines 1/5/8) station is also very close, found within 2 blocks. A bus will take you to Paris main train stations (for transit to other cities).

This apartment was a great fit for my stay in Paris. The location is close to both metro and bus lines and makes travel around Paris very convenient. The Bastille Market is just across the street on Thursdays and Sundays, and I felt very safe in the area. |
