Live in the historic Latin Quarter (Quartier Latin) of Paris with this modernly furnished one bedroom apartment in Paris’s 5th arrondissement!
The one bedroom apartment of about 50sqm (538sqft) sits on Rue Monge, between Rue de Navarre and Rue des Boulangers. Located on the top floor of a 6-story 19th century elevator building, it boasts two balconies in the living room that overlook the street. A security system protects the building.
Made bright by long windows and track lighting, the sunny apartment features tiled floors and high ceilings. A separate dining room (living room 2) features a table for up to six guests, a long diagonal window that overlooks the arena of Place Emile Mâle, and a mirrored door that leads to the bathroom. In the living room (living room 1) tenants will find a sofa, cable television, and the two balconies. The color pattern in both the living room and dining room is neutral, offering colors of white and grey – much different than the dark red wall of the bedroom! Spanning 10sqm (107sqft), the bedroom is quaint but filled with a playful, romantic personality. It includes a double bed.
Looking to make a quick meal at home? The kitchen has you covered. Though small, it includes the essential cooking equipment – including a mini-fridge, microwave, and two electric burners. There is also some cabinetry for item storage, and a laundry washing machine for added convenience.
This French accommodation in the Quartier Latin (Latin Quarter) of Paris borders the picturesque arena of Place Emile Mâle. Across the street is the Jardin des Plantes (400m/0.2mi) with a botanic garden, and further down is the Seine River (650m/0.4mi) and the many bridges that cross it. A hub of famous architecture and attractions surround the home – within walking distance are the Panthéon (550m/0.3mi), La Sorbonne (1km/0.6mi), The Museum of Nation History (400m/0.2mi), and the Jardin du Luxembourg (1.1km/0.7mi).

The apartment was incredible, and we loved staying there. The neighborhood is lively yet calm and has incredible amenities. The access to 2 Metro lines is incredibly convenient, and we had no problem getting to anywhere in the city very quickly. Claude, the landlord, is an incredibly nice guy and we look forward to renting from him again when we return to Paris. We can't recommend this apartment enough! |

My stay in Paris was lonely. The apartment was quite spacious at a very convenient location. Supermarkets, MTR and lots of other shops were within 5 minute walking distance. The landloard was so sweet and considerate. I am very happy overall. |

We were very happy with our apartment. The location was excellent and the apartment was a good size. It was as advertised and our landlord and his wife were very welcoming and kind. Our only complaint was that the bathroom and kitchen were so small as to be difficult to maneuver in. Otherwise, it was great. |
