One Bedroom Apartment with mezzanine in the Latin Quarter

Neighborhood:
This furnished apartment is located on a little street in a pedestrian area that offers numerous choices of international restaurants, diverse cafes, and souvenir shops. One of the most youthful areas of Paris, it is a few steps from the Seine, Notre Dame, and from the Boulevard Saint Michel which abounds with an assortment of shops. About 100m to the south is the famous Boulevard Saint Germain with its sophisticated fashion shops and select restaurants. It is located just in front of the smallest street in Paris -- Rue du Chat Qui Pêche.
Premises:
This 28m² (approx. 300 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment with a mezzanine is located on the first floor of a 17th century walk-up building. The entrance gate is protected by a digital coded security system that opens into a corridor where a second door with an intercom leads to the Venetian staircase.
The apartment entrance opens directly into the living room and the open kitchen. The separate bedroom, with a mezzanine, has a private bathroom.
The 18m² (approx. 190 sq. ft.) living room has two double-glazed windows with northern exposure overlooking a courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, A/C, a wooden coffee table, a wooden dining table with two chairs, a large corner sofa, and a chest of drawers with a TV and a DVD player. There is also a large decorative fireplace.
The open kitchen is equipped with two electric plates topped by a cooker hood, a small oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a washer/dryer, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.
The bedroom has a double-glazed window with eastern exposure overlooking a courtyard. It is furnished with a single-size bed and a closet.
There is also a mezzanine with a 1m30 high ceiling and a double-size bed on the floor.
The living room, like the bedroom, has exposed beams.
The private bathroom has a bathtub with a showerhead, a washbasin and a toilette.
Heat and hot water are both electric.
The nearest metro station is St. Michel (line 4 and RER C).
