Charming One Bedroom Apartment right in the heart of Montmartre between Rue de Ravignan and Rue Dura

Situated in the Montmartre knoll, between Rue Junot and Rue des Trois Frères.
This attractive 35m2 one bedroom apartment is located on the third French floor of a walk up building from the 19th century facing north/east and having a security code system and an intercom on the premises. The apartment can accommodate three persons.
The apartment is situated across the street from Picasso's studios, and one block from Dali's and Van Gogh. The inspiration of Toulouse Lautrec, Modigliani, Miro, Brigitte Bardot and Karl Marx blossoned there. You go to Paris to see history and art. Well, in Montmartre you live it. Today Top model Satya Oblet and Gougi; Pope John Paul II favorite scuptor live there among many other world reknowned people. You are a couple of minutes walk from Sacre Coeur and Ten minutes form Moulin Rouge and just steps away from the metro, between between Rue Junot and Rue des trois Freres. This neighborhood is for young people or the young at heart.
The layout is as follows: the main entry opens to a hallway leading to the living room to the right and to the kitchen and bedroom to the left and the bathroom is off the bedroom. The décor is modern.
The 11m2 living room is furnished with a raspberry double sofa bed, an end table with lamp, a coffee table (trunk), an area carpet, built in shelves, a portable radio/CD/cassette player, an antique oval drop leaf dining table with two wrought iron chairs, a mirror and other decorative items. The walls are done in a deep yellow color, parquet wooden floor and there is a window with fabric curtains overlooking the main street.
The 12m2 bedroom is furnished with a double bed, two built in closets, an end table, two overhead lamps, a small table with TV, a mirror, a fan and other decorative items. The separate kitchen is equipped with a stove (2 gas burners/2 electric burners) with exhaust fan and electric oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a manual coffee maker, a sink and built in cabinets containing kitchen utensils. The walls are off white with partial light blue tiles over the counter, beige color linoleum floor & there is a small window overlooking the courtyard.
The bathroom has a small bathtub with manual showerhead protected by plastic curtain, a white ceramic sink with upper shelf and mirror, towel holders and a toilet. The walls are off white with light blue tiles, beige color linoleum floor and there is a tiny window. There is also a washing machine available.
The district of Montmartre and art are inseparable, at the end of the 19th century the area was a Mecca for artists, writers and poets. Montmartre maintains its physical charm and the village atmosphere remains remarkably intact. There are spectacular views of the city from various points, most especially from the monumental Sacre-Coeur Basilica. One of Paris's most picturesque squares is the Place des Abbesses with its original Art Nouveau metro station. There are all sorts of essential shops and services in the neighborhood like the picturesque fruit and vegetable market situated on Rue Lepic.
The closest metro station is Abbesses- line 12.
