Choice Studio in Marais
|
Small street situated in the Marais, between Rue Saint Martin and Rue du Temple.
High standard this southern exposed 20m2 little nest recently entirely renovated is placed on the 2nd French floor of a 17th century walk up building equipped with an intercom. It accommodates up to one couple.
With the charm of genuine ceiling beams it has a wide-plank wooden floor, brought out by the white walls, and double-glazed windows protected by outside shutters. The apartment has air conditioning.
Right after the main door, the 12m2 living room is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a little closet, a quality wood wardrobe, a nice small area rug, and two white director armchairs. On this side the window opens to the street. Besides, there is a wall mounted TV, and a Hi Fi stereo. There also is a dining table
At the back of the living room, in a corridor placed to the right side, is an open kitchen with a light gray tiled floor, two vitro ceramic burners, a round stainless steel sink settled on the gray granite worktop, and a hood with fan. In addition there is a microwave oven (with grill), and a small fridge with a three stars' freezer compartment. Utensils are stowed in the lacquered cupboards and drawers decorated with designer handles.
Through the kitchen the stylish bathroom in light gray encloses a glass screened shower cabin. There is also a designer toilet and washbasin with a sliding mirror, which also protects a niche, which can be used as cabinet.
There is a washer/dryer in the apartment.
There is a Wifi High speed Internet connection
A very demanded area, the Marais is one of the neighborhoods of Paris, which has preserved almost all of its pre-Revolutionary architecture. Close to this little calm street is the Centre Culturel Georges Pompidou, also known as Beaubourg, as well as the wide Les Halles Mall, and the famous Rue du Rambuteau, residential and commercial street with nice greengrocers, fishmonger's, and restaurants. A little farther is the royal Place des Vosges, a must to be visited, place of residence of many historic personalities where are many precious museums. Most of the points of interest such as the Louvre Museum, the City Hall, Notre Dame, and the Seine River are all within a short walking distance.
