Situated between Avenue de la Grande Armée et Avenue Mac Mahon, this comfortable 2 bedroom apartment is located in a very chic area of Paris. South exposed, facing the street with a gorgeous view on the Arc de Triomphe, this 100m2 apartment is only a few minutes walk from the Champs-Elysées, and all the tourist spots of the area.
This bright apartment (where Ravel lived) is on the 5th floor with elevator of a 18th century building. A security system and an intercom protect the building and there is also a concierge.

Most of the apartment is yellow painted with a parquet floor almost everywhere. There is a 20m2 balcony going from one side of the living room to the other side of the apartment with the two bedrooms. Though the balcony is not very large it is possible however to put chairs and admire the wonderful view having a coffee or taking nice pictures.

The entry hall opens to the 35m2 living room. It has four windows giving on the street side. The apartment is nevertheless calm due to a double glaze protection installed by the owner. There are also shutters in all the rooms except in the kitchen and in the bathroom. The living room is decorated with a wooden dinning table and its matching chairs, two desks, a coffee table with two poufs, two sofas, a chest of drawers, a wooden chest. The living room is also equipped with a flat screen television, and VCR as well as a stereo.

Next to the living room is the 12m2 bedroom. It has a window giving on a small street. The room is decorated with a double bed flanked by two night tables facing a beautiful marble decorative fireplace surmounted by a large mirror. The bedroom has white painted walls and hardwood floors.

Following a corridor you will find the second 16m2 bedroom, with a window giving on a calm street. The bedroom has a queen size bed with two night tables, and a chair in the corner. The bedroom has white painted walls and hardwood floors.

The separate kitchen has a window giving on a courtyard. It has tilled floor and is equipped with the following elements: two electric burners and two gas burners, a combo fridge-freezer and another separate small freezer, a microwave, a toaster, and electric oven. There is also a small table with two stools.

There are two bathrooms in the apartment.
The first and biggest one has a window giving on a courtyard and is all blue and white tilled. It has a tub with a handhold showerhead, two dark blue sinks, a WC, two mirrors, and cupboards. There are curtains in the bathroom.
The second and smaller bathroom has a shower and a small sink; it is tilled in the same way as the other bathroom. There is a mirror surmounting the washbasin.
