Attractive studio in the historic Latin Quarter between rue du Cardinal Lemoine and Rue de L'Estrapa

This 26m2 studio is located on the fifth French floor of a walk-up building from the 17th Century, facing south and having a security code system on premises. The apartment has been entirely remodeled and can accommodate one person.
The layout is as follows: main entry leads directly to the living room/bedroom, the kitchen is off the living/bedroom area and the bathroom is off the kitchen. The décor is modern.
The 16m2 living room is furnished with a double sofa bed, an antique table, two lamps, a contemporary chair, a wicker end table, a clothes hanging rack, a wicker armchair and a TV/VCR. The walls are done in a pastel yellow color, beige color carpet and there is a window with sheer curtains overlooking the main street. The separate kitchen is equipped with an electric inlaid 2-burners stove, a fridge, a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave/grill, a stainless steel sink and built in shelves and cabinet containing kitchen utensils. The walls are done in a light violet color with partial white tiles over the counter, low ceiling and white tiled floor.
The bathroom has a shower cabin protected by synthetic door, a sink, a mirrored medicine cabinet, a folding chair, a vacuum cleaner and an electric toilet (fragile). This area, known for cafes, cinemas, jazz clubs and student bookshops, fills this ancient riverside quarter between the Seine and the Luxembourg Gardens, famous institutes of learning abound, among them the prestigious La Sorbonne. Close by is the Jardin des Plantes a known botanical gardens, the Museum National d'Histoire Naturelle and the popular Rue Mouffetard, the oldest open-air market in Paris. The entire district abounds with many points of interest. There all sorts of essential shops and services in the neighborhood.
The closet metro station is Cardinal Lemoine- line 10.
