The 7th arrondissement is known as one of the most luxurious neighborhoods in Paris. It is home to the Eiffel Tower and the Champ de Mars Park as well as the French National Assembly and some of Paris's top museums. The 7th includes the Musée d'Orsay, Hôtel des Invalides, which includes military museums and tombs, Musée Rodin, Musée National Eugène Delacroix and more.
Since the 7th is an important center for government and dignitaries there are quite a few high-end shops and cafes and restaurants in the area plus around the important tourist sites you can expect to pay a premium. The area is also home to some of Paris' most high-end real estate.
With a larger size than the central arrondissements there is more housing in the 7th. The selection of vacation rentals includes everything from classic Paris apartments to high-end modern rentals. Many of the vacation rentals in the 7th have views of the famous Eiffel Tower.
