One bedroom apartment in Montmartre

Situated between Rue des Trois Freres and the Sacred Heart Basilica.
This comfortable and calm one bedroom apartment is part of the famous Montmartre area. The apartment is located in a little street just a few meters from the Funicular. Another way to reach the Basilica is to walk for a few minutes through the park to the top of the Sacred Heart.
In the neighborhood you will find many sorts of typical shops, restaurants, bars, and also painters and caricaturists working in the open air. While walking in Montmartre, another option is to visit the museums: Espace Salvador Daly, Museum of the old Montmartre, Musee d'art naif.
This 32m2 apartment is located on the first floor of a 1900's walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and the apartment is west exposed facing the street. However it is very quiet.
The walls are white painted and there are parquet floors almost everywhere. The windows have white curtains and shades for the bedroom.
The apartment is divided as follows. When you enter the apartment is a small entry hall with a wooden chest of drawers, which opens onto the living room and open kitchen. On the right hand-side of the living room is the large bedroom and the bathroom and toilet.
The living room has two windows viewing the street. It is decorated with a double sofa bed (140 wide), a coffee table with a TV and stereo and a chair. Facing it is an open eat-in kitchen with a double glazing window.
The bedroom has a window facing the street. It is fitted with a double bed (140 wide), a bedside table with a lamp, a chair, a closet, an armchair and a small table with a stereo.
The open kitchen is white tiled has a bar table with four high stools. It is equipped with two electric burners, a small electric oven, a small fridge, a sink, a coffee maker and all the necessary utensils.
The bathroom is tiled and has a shower protected by a sliding door, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror with lamps and toilet.
The nearest metro stations are Abbesses (line 12) and Anvers (line 2).
