One bedroom apartment near the Observatory
|
Located between Boulevard Saint Michel and Avenue de Port Royal, a few steps away from the jardins du Luxembourg, this one bedroom apartment is very quiet.
This 55m² apartment is located on the fourth floor of a 19th century Hausmanian building with elevator. It is bright, east exposed, facing the courtyard. It has white painted walls and wooden floors, it is organized as follows:
After a small entry hall with a wardrobe, you find the 25m² living room with two windows, a (140 wide) sofa bed, a dining table and a cable TV.
In the end of the living room is a small corridor, which leads to the bedroom on the right-hand side and the kitchen at the back of it.
The 10m² bedroom has a window, a (160 wide) double bed and carpet on the floor.
The kitchen, with a small window, has a small fridge, three gas burners, an electric burner, an electric oven, a coffee maker and a washing machine.
The bathroom is accessible through the kitchen. It has a window, a bath with a handheld showerhead, a washbasin and a toilet.
The nearest metro station is Port Royal (RER B, which goes directly to Roissy Airport).
Cable television is available and is to be paid by the tenant according to use.
