One bedroom apartment in Montmartre
|
Located between Boulevard de Clichy and Rue des Abesses, this 90m² one bedroom apartment is just at a few steps of the Places des Abesses and the famous Rue Lepic, where Amélie Poulain was shot. It is a strictly residential street. A few steps away from the charm of Place du Tertre and its painters and other caricaturists creating and showing there work in the open air. Another point of interest is the sacred Heart Basilica, one of the most known churches of Paris. Throughout this area there are a number of typical restaurants and cafes in addition to diverse sorts of basic services.
The apartment is situated on the fifth floor of a 20th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and an intercom. The apartment faces the street and the courtyards, it has a east/north/west exposure. Walls are painted and there is wooden floor everywhere except for the bedroom, the kitchen and the bathroom.
The entry door opens on a large hallway, which drives to the living room on the right-hand side and to the corridor leading to the kitchen, the bathroom and the bedroom.
There is a fax machine in the hallway.
The 25m² living room has three windows (with exterior shades) with western exposure and a working fireplace. It is furnished with a sofa, a dining table, a TV, an air conditioning system and a VCR. It has two single mattresses for two people bedding.
The bedroom has a window and wall-to-wall carpet. It has a view on the Sacré Coeur. It is furnished with a (200cm wide) bed and a sofa.
The separate kitchen is tiled and has a window. It is equipped with four vitroceramics, an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer (combo), a coffee maker and a toaster.
The bathroom is tiled, it has two windows, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a bath with wall-mounted showerhead and a toilet.
The nearest metro station is Pigalle line 2.
