Two bedroom one bathroom apartment in Trocadero

65m2 two bedroom apartment situated in a little residential and commercial street situated between well-known and elegant avenues Victor Hugo, and the Trocadéro. It is ideal for a couple with a child. Excellent situation in a 10 minutes walking distance to Place du Trocadero with its wonderful view on the Eiffel Tower, to Place de l'Etoile, and to the famous Avenue des Champs Elysees with its diverse selected in fashion stores, fashionable and traditional cafes, and many cinemas. All this area is selected and privileged, having all around all the services that could be needed such as nice restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, and others. This apartment is located on the first floor of a typical 1930's walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and there is a concierge in the building. The exposure is southwest and it faces the street side. The walls are painted and there is wooden floor almost everywhere. The apartment, which is typical of the 1930's workshops, is divided as follows: when you enter it is an entry hall, which opens directly onto a 35m2 living room and its open kitchen. The first 10m2 bedroom is on the right hand-side of the living room and the bathroom faces the entry hall and opens onto the second 12m2 bedroom. The living room has a large round window facing the street. It is decorated with a sofa bed (80 wide), a dining table, a cable plasma TV, a stereo, a desk with a computer and the Internet and a chair, an armchair, a telephone and various closets. The first and smallest bedroom is a children bedroom. It has a window viewing the street and it is furnished with a single bed (for a child up to 8 years old) and closets and lamps. The second master bedroom has a window facing the street and is fitted with a double bed (130 wide), a telephone, a cable TV and a stereo. There is a 1930 tub with a handheld showerhead in this room. The kitchen is open and equipped with four induction burners, an electric oven, a fridge and freezer (combo), a sink, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and all the necessary utensils. There is also a washing machine and dryer (combo) in the apartment. A sofa bed can be added on request. There is central heating and electric water heater. The telephone is restricted to reception calls The bathroom is all tiled and has a bathtub with showerhead, a washbasin and a toilet. The nearest metro station is Victor Hugo (line 2).
