Neighborhood: Located between Rue du Faubourg Poissonnière and Rue de Trévise, this 53m²(approx 570 sqft) one bedroom apartment is partof a small building set up on a charming street that used to be private. The neighborhood is very lively, with all the facilities down the street. The 9th arrondissement is a few minutes awayfrom the Bonne Nouvelle area, the Opera Garnier, the large department stores like Galleries Lafayette or Le Printemps. The apartment is also only a 15 minute walk away from the Montmartre knoll or the Palais Royal. Premises: The apartment is situated on the third floor of a 5 story 19th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and opens into a hall with a second door protected by an intercom. The apartment faces the street and a courtyard, it has a west and east exposure.It has a parquet floor everywhere except in the kitchen and the shower room, which are tiled.The windows are equipped with double-glazing. The entry door opens on a small hallway, which leads on the right-hand side to the living room and on the left-hand sideto the separate toilet and the kitchen. The bedroom is straight ahead. The 27m²(approx 290 sqft) living room has three windows with curtains facing the street. It is furnished with a dining table, a coffee table, sets of built-in wall shelves and a sofa bed. It also has a stereo. The 15m² (approx 160 sq ft) bedroom has two windows facing the courtyard and a walk-in closet. It is furnished with a double size bed and a cable TV on a small glass table.The separate kitchen has a window. It is equipped with a microwave/ electric oven combo, two induction burners, a stainless-steel sink, a small fridge, a coffee maker and a toaster. The bathroom, which communicates with the bedroom and the living room, has a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a large shower cabin and a washing machine. Heating and water heater are individual and electric.Internet access is available. The nearest metro stations are Cadet Line 7 and Grands Boulevards Line 8 - 9.
