Neighborhood: This furnished house in Paris is near the historic Place de la Bastille and its new Opéra House, considered one of the best operas in the world and inaugurated at the 200th anniversary of the French Revolution. A short walk away is Place des Vosges, known for its art galleries, antique shops and also for the famous French novelist Victor Hugo's former residence. It is still possible to visit his apartment and the room where he wrote his novels (especially Les Misérables). In this neighborhood are a number of traditional restaurants, cafes, and open-air markets such as those on Place d'Aligre and Rue Richard Lenoir. There are all sorts of services near this accommodation. Premises: This 200m² (approx. 2,150 sq. ft.) house is located in a courtyard surrounded with buildings that are the same height. This room accesses the terrace. The 12m² (approx. 125 sq. ft.) second bedroom has a parquet floor and a window with curtains that overlooks the courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size bed and a built-in closet . The second floor has three bedrooms, a second bathroom and the separate toilette. The entire level has a parquet floor. The 12m² (approx. 125 sq. ft.) third bedroom has three windows with curtains that overlook the courtyard. It is furnished with two single beds and a little desk with a chair. The 7m² (approx. 75 sq. ft.) fourth bedroom is in front of the second bathroom and it has a window with curtains that overlooks the courtyard. It is furnished with a single bed, a night table and a chest of drawers. The 20m² (approx. 215 sq. ft.) fifth bedroom has a window with curtains that overlooks the courtyard. It is furnished with two single beds, shelves, and a tall desk with a stool. The second tiled bathroom has a washbasin and a shower. Next to this room is the separate toilette.
