This one bedroom apartment in duplex is ideally located in the heart of Paris, and the old and historic Marais between Rue des Gravilliers and Rue de Montmorency. It is only at a few meters from some of the Parisian cultural centers such as the Louvre Museum, the Centre National d'Art et de Culture G. Pompidou and the Notre Dame cathedral. In this lively neighborhood there are the Montorgueil and the Temple markets, bars, clubs, restaurants as well as boutiques and specialty stores. Public transportation nearby, the RER, has direct connection to the Orly and Roissy Airports. This apartment is situated on the fourth floor of a pre-war building. There is an elevator on the first floor to the fourth floor and the main entrance gate is protected by a security system. The exposure is west and it faces a calm courtyard. The walls are white painted and there is linoleum on the floors almost everywhere as well as original beams on the ceilings. The apartment is divided as follows: when you enter it are the living room and an open and separate small kitchen. On the first floor reachable by stairs is a bedroom with a bathroom and toilet. The living room has a window and is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table and an armchair, a mirror, a wooden piece of furniture, a stereo, a cable TV and VCR and a telephone. The bedroom has a window and is furnished with a king size bed, a bedside table with a lamp and a telephone, a wooden chest of drawers and closets. There is air conditioning in the bedroom. The kitchen has a window and is equipped with a microwave, two electric burners, a sink, a small fridge and a coffee maker. The bathroom is all tiled and has a window. It is fitted with a tub with a wall-mounted showerhead, a washbasin, toilet and a washing machine and dryer (combo). Heating and water heater are electric. The telephone is restricted to reception call The nearest metro station is Rambuteau (line 11).
