Located between Rue St Martin and Rue Beaubourg, this 31m² one bedroom apartment is just a few steps away from the pedestrian Place Pompidou with the renowned Musée Beaubourg. The apartment is just a few steps away from the Marais, the Halles or 2 metro stations away from St Germain des Pres.
It is situated on the sixth floor of a 19th century walk-up building with concierge. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system. The apartment faces the courtyard, it has a southern exposure. It has painted walls, double-glazing and wood floor everywhere.
The entry door opens on a corridor leading to the kitchen and the shower room on the left-hand side. On the right-hand side are the living room and then the bedroom.
The 10m² living room has a window facing the courtyard. It is furnished with a coffee table, a sofa and a TV with VCR.
The 10m² bedroom has a window facing the courtyard. It is furnished with a (140cm wide) bed, a closet and sets of built-in wall shelves and a stereo.
The open and separate kitchen has a window, it is equipped with two vitroceramic burners, a large fridge with a combined freezer, a stainless-steel sink, a washing machine, an electric oven, a microwave, a toaster and a coffee maker.
The shower room has wood floor, it has a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a shower cabin with a wall-mounted showerhead and a toilet.
Heating and water heater are individual and electric.
There is unlimited cable internet access.
The nearest metro stations are Arts et Métiers, Rambuteau Line 11, Châtelet les Halles Line 1-4-7-11 and RER A/B, Hotel de Ville Line 1-11.
