Studio with terrace in the Alesia area
|
Located between Rue Losserant and Rue Didot, this large studio with a terrace and a view over Paris is located in a lively area. In a mainly residential area, ther is all the facilities on the ground floor of the building with a supermarket.
The apartment is situated on the 15th floor of a 20th century elevator tour with concierge. The main entrance gate is protected by an intercom.
The apartment faces the street, it has a northern exposure. It has double-glazing, manual shutters and wooden floor everywhere except in the kitchen and the bathroom, which are tiled.
The entry opens on a small hallway leading to the living room. On the left-hand side is the kitchen, on the right-hand side is the bathroom.
The 20m˛ living room has a 6m˛ terrace. It is furnished with armchairs, a coffee table, a (140cm-wide) bed, sets of shelves, a chest of drawers, a cable TV and a stereo.
A high speed connection is available.
The separate and open eat-in kitchen has a window. It is equipped with a microwave, an electric oven, two ceramic hotplates, a cooker hood, a small fridge, a stainless-steel sink, a coffee maker, a toaster and all the utensils.
There is an extra bed (single size) against the wall between the living room and the kitchen.
The bathroom has a window, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a bath with wall-mounted showerhead, a washing machine and a closet.
Heating and water heater with the building.
The telephone is restricted to reception calls.
The nearest metro station is Plaisance Line 13.
