Spacious two bedroom apartment in the Commerce area
|
Located between rue du Commerce and avenue Emile Zola, this 100m2 2-bedroom apartment is calm and comfortable.
In the whole neighborhood (Commerce and Beaugrenelle) there are many options concerning fashion shops, varied restaurants and cafes as well as theaters.
Not far from the apartment is the Seine River and the majestic Eiffel Tower built on the Champs Mars just in front of the Trocadero gardens.
You'll be able to see also the Grenelle Bridge, where there is the replica of the Statue of the Liberty, or go for a long walk in the Parc André Citroën.
This large 2bedroom apartment is situated on the fourth floor with elevator of a well-maintained Hausmanien building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and there is an intercom and a concierge in the building. There is wooden floor almost everywhere except in the kitchen, bathrooms and the bedrooms.
The apartment is divided as follows: when you enter the apartment is a corridor on the right-hand side of which is a separate eat-in kitchen and on the left hand-side is a 38m2 living and dining room, at the bottom of the corridor is on the left hand-side the first 18m2 bedroom with its private bathroom and on the right hand-side the second 16m2 bedroom, a second separate bathroom and a separate toilet.
The living and dining room have to large windows facing the street side. It is decorated with two sofas, a coffee table, a cable TV and VCR, armchairs, a dining table with its matching chairs, a decorative fireplace, a closet and other pieces of furniture.
High speed internet access is available.
The first bedroom has window viewing the street and is furnished with a double bed (140 wide), a bedside table, a chest of drawers, a decorative fireplace surmounted by a mirror and a cable TV and stereo.
The second bedroom has a window facing a garden with a nice view. It is fitted with a sofa bed (140 wide), a desk and a table, a closet and a bookcase.
The separate kitchen is all tiled and has a window facing the garden. It is fully equipped with a microwave, four induction hot plates, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a fridge and freezer (combo), a washing machine and dryer (combo), a coffee maker and a toaster.
The first bathroom is all tiled and has a shower, and a washbasin surmounted by a mirror.
The second bathroom has a small window giving onto a separate room (closed during the rental) and is fitted with a tub with a wall-mounted showerhead and a washbasin.
Toilet is tiled and has a window.
The nearest metro stations are Commerce (line 8) and Charles Michels (line 10). There are several bus lines going to the center of Paris (Latin Quarter).
