Nice little studio in the Marais area
|
Situated in the heart of the Marais, between Rue de Rivoli and Rue Sainte Croix de la Bretonnerie.
Excellent location close to the Hotel de Ville (City Hall), Chatelet-Les Halles, and to the Seine River.
A few streets away, is the very charming Place des Vosges, known for its arts galleries and the famous house of the French novelist Victor Hugo (Les Miserables), where he lived from 1832 to 1848, and Place de la Bastille, symbol of French Republic. This lively area has lots in restaurants, cafes, and many trendy shops in its charming little streets.
Located on the ground floor of a 17th century building with a code system, this 15m2 studio is overlooking the private courtyard with plants and ivy (southern exposure). The flat has tiled floor, dry stone and white painted walls as well as wooden beams on the ceiling.
The windowed door opens onto the main room with one window, furnished with a double sofa-bed (140 wide), a small marble dining table, 2 chairs, a chest of drawers, a TV, a phone, a mirror and a wardrobe.
The separate kitchen with a window is equipped with 2 gas burners, an electric oven, a sink, a fridge as well as all necessary equipment.
The bathroom has a shower with a wall-mounted showerhead, shelves, a mirror, a WC.
The closest metro stations are Hotel de Ville and Saint Paul (line 1), or the RER A, B, and D - Chatelet.
