Two bedroom apartment in the Montmartre area

Located between Rue de St Ouen and Rue Ganneron, this 80m² two bedroom flat is not very far from the Montmartre cemetery and the vivid neighborhood of Montmartre. Climbing up the knoll one finds the famous Sacred Heart Basilica, and the nice Place du Tertre with the numerous painters, drawers and caricaturists. Close to the apartment are the Montmartre's Town Hall, a daily open-air market Rue du Poteau and Rue Duhesme and all kinds of shops, restaurants, and bars. The apartment is situated on the first floor of a well-maintained modern building with an elevator. A security system, then an intercom protect the main entrance gate. The apartment faces the garden (southeast) with sliding bay windows opening onto a private large balcony. It has white-painted walls and wooden floor everywhere except tiles in the kitchen, the bathroom and the separate toilet and wall to wall carpeting in the child single bedroom. The entry door opens on a small hallway leading on the left-hand side to the kitchen and faces the living room. The corridor on the right hand side leads to the 2 bedrooms, the WC and the bathroom. The 25m² living room is furnished with a 140cm-wide sofabed, a dining table with chairs, a piano, a TV with VCR, a shelf and a stereo. Sliding bay windows open onto the large balcony overlooking the garden. The 12m² bedroom with sliding bay window is furnished with a 140cm-wide double bed, a bedside table, a study table and a chest. The 13m² child bedroom with sliding bay window is furnished with a 90cm-wide single bed, a bedside table, a study table, a chest as well as cupboards. The separate kitchen has a glass door opening onto the balcony. It is equipped with a fridge, a freezer, four electric burners, an electric oven, cooker hood, stainless-steel sink, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a toaster, and a kettle (coffee maker on request). The nearest metro station is Guy Moquet, line 13.
