Spacious loft house in Montparnasse

Located between Boulevard Raspail and Boulevard du Montparnasse, this loft-house is just a few steps away from the Montparnasse area and its number of cinemas, diverse restaurants and cafes. It borders the sixth district where are the splendid Luxembourg Garden and the selected and sophisticated Saint Germain des Prés district with its elegant latest fashion shops, famous restaurants, cafes, pubs, as well as the claimed Buci market. This 180m2-loft house is located in a private courtyard facing North, with a main entrance gate protected by a security system. Walls are white-painted, and it has wooden floor everywhere except for the kitchen, the bathrooms and the WC. The main door opens onto a small hallway with a bathroom, then onto the living room, and the kitchen/dining room. The wooden staircase leads on the first floor to the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, the double bedroom and the single bedroom, the shower room and the 2 separate WC. On the second floor is the study/TV room with a terrace. The 35m2 living room with 8 large windows has 2 sofas, a glass coffee table, contemporary lamps and wall bookcases. There is a stereo and paintings on the walls. The separate 40m2 kitchen with large windows has two dining areas with tables and chairs as well as a large wooden sideboard. The kitchen is equipped with 2 gas burners, 4 vitro ceramic plaques and an electric oven, a cooker hood a dishwasher and two stainless sinks. There is a kettle, a microwave, a fridge/freezer combo, a coffee maker and a toaster. On the first floor is a corridor leading on one side to the 28m2 master bedroom with a double king size bed (160 wide), two bedside tables, a sofa and a chest of drawers. A glass floor overlooks the kitchen downstairs. The Grey-tiled en suite bathroom has a bath with a wall-mounted showerhead and 2 washbasin surmounted with a large mirror. The corridor leads also to a separate shower room with a washing machine/drying combo. There is a separate WC next to the shower room. The wooden staircase leads to the second floor where is the main 35m2 study/TV room with large sliding bay windows opening onto a wooden floor terrace. It is furnished with a study table, a TV and a VCR, three armchairs and shelves of books. The first floor corridor leads on the other side to a 12m2 bedroom with a window, a single bed, a study table and a chair and a chest of drawers with books. There is a separate WC, a closet in the corridor, then a study area with a table, a chair and a wall mounted books shelf. The last 13m2 bedroom has two windows, a double sofa bed and a study table with a chair, as well as a chest of drawers with books. A second wooden staircase leads down to the entrance wall where is the second bathroom with a washbasin.
