Located between Boulevard de la Villette and avenue Claude Vellefaux, this studio flat is just a few steps away from the famous canal St Martin with its promenade. A charming park, the square Villemin is located down the street. The neighborhood gathers many shops and restaurants, all the facilities can be found at the corner of the street.
This 22m2 studio is located on the 2nd floor of a walkup building protected by 2 codes.
There is white walls everywhere and tiled floor in the kitchen and the shower room. The living room floor is covered with vegetal carpeting. The flat faces north and has double glazed windows.
