Comfortable studio with small private garden in Pere Lachaise area

Situated between Boulevard Voltaire and The Rue de La Roquette, this 25m2 studio apartment has a courtyard-garden to be shared with the neighbor apartment and is only at a few minutes walk from the Bastille area and the Père Lachaise cimetery.
In a little walking distance are the well-known Place de la Bastille with its nice restaurants, and the many cafes on the live Rue de la Roquette, and the beautiful Place des Vosges where lived the French writer Victor Hugo. In the neighborhood all sorts of services are easily found such as diverse stores, grocer's shops, bakeries, markets, and supermarkets. Not very far (two metro stations) is also the more and more trendy Oberkampf neighborhood.
This apartment is situated on the ground floor of an only two floors 1900's century building and disposes of a terrace. The exposure is south and its faces the small street side and it opens onto a private courtyard (to be shared with one another apartment). There are white painted walls and wooden floor almost everywhere.
There are double glazed floor-ceiling windows.
The apartment is divided as follows: you enter directly onto the 20m2 living and sleeping area. Facing the entry door is the separate kitchen. On the left hand-side of the sleeping area is a bathroom and toilet.
The living room has two bay windows, one of which opening directly onto the courtyard. It is tastefully decorated with a sofa bed (140 wide), a coffee table, a dining table and its matching chairs, an armchair, shelves, a desk with a lamp and chairs and closets. On a mezzanine is the 140 wide double bed and a lamp. This room is equipped with a cable TV with international channels, a stereo and a phone.
Internet Wifi access is available.
The kitchen is all tiled and equipped with a microwave, two electric burners, a small fridge, and a stainless sink, a coffee maker and toaster. There is also a washer-dryer machine.
The bathroom is tiled and fitted with a tub with a wall-mounted showerhead and a washbasin and toilet.
The nearest metro station is Voltaire (line 9).
