Located between Avenue de Breteuil and Avenue Ségur, this 30m² one-bedroom apartment, which has been totally refurbished is bordering the area of Invalides where everything is on the monumental scale. Starting from the sprawling 18th century buildings of the Ecole Militaire, the Parc du Champs de Mars stretches down to the Eiffel Tower and the Seine. The avenues around the Tower are lined with luxurious buildings, some in the Art Nouveaux style, and numerous embassies. The Eiffel Tower originally built to impress visitors to the Universal Exhibition of 1889, was meant to be temporary, La Tour Eiffel is now the symbol of Paris. Right by the apartment is the UNESCO and there are all sorts of essential shops and services in the neighborhood. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a 20th century Hausmanian building with concierge. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and an intercom. The apartment faces the street, it has a southwest exposure. It has wooden floor, painted walls and double-glazing, the bathroom and the separate toilet are tiled. The entry door opens on the living room with its open kitchen, on the right-hand side is a corridor leading to the separate toilet, the bathroom and the bedroom.
