Neighborhood : This apartment is situated between rue du Sentier and rue Montmartre. It is a few minutes away from Les Halles, in the heart of the famous pedestrian Montorgueil Area, with its large choice of quality food products, restaurants and cafes, as well as other services. It is also a short walking distance to such main points of interest as the Marais, the Seine River, the Notre Dame Cathedral on Ile de la Cité, the unique Ile Saint Louis, and to the majestic Louvre Museum and the adjoining Jardin des Tuileries. Premises: This 70m² (approx. 750 sq. ft.) two-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor (third in the USA) of a pre-war building with an elevator and a security system. There are wood floors throughout, except in the bathroom and the kitchen, which are tiled. Exposure is southeast and the apartment faces the courtyard. Layout: The entrance door opens directly into the living room. On the right side are the bathroom, the kitchen and the second bedroom. At the end on the left side is open TV space, which leads to the master bedroom. The alcove 25m² (approx. 265 sq. ft.) living room has two windows facing the courtyard. It is furnished with a 120cm (approx. 3 ½ ft.) wide double sofa futon bed, bookshelves, a bedside table and built-in shelves. The separate kitchen has a window, four gas burners, a cooker hood, an oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a stainless-steel sink, a coffee maker, a microwave oven, a washer/dryer combo and a dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with a wall-mounted showerhead, a washbasin with a mirror, an electric towel dryer and a toilet. Heat and hot water are both central. The nearest metro stations are Grands Boulevards (Line 8&9) and Sentier (line 3).
