Located between Boulevard Malesherbes and Place Gourbeaux, this 118m² three-bedroom apartment is a few steps away from the green Park Monceau and its nice gates, this avenue is part of a very selected and privileged area three metro stations away from the well-known Place de l'Etoile and the famous Avenue des Champs Elysees. Also not far are the sophisticated Avenue Montaigne with its luxurious shops, the famous parisian department stores and the superb Place de la Concorde. It has a fridge, a freezer, four gas burners, an electric oven, a microwave, a cooker hood, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a toaster. Separate toilet has a washing machine combined with a dryer. Central heating and water heater with gas and individual. A computer with high speed internet access is available. The nearest metro station is Villiers (lines 2 and 3).
