Neighborhood: Located between Rue Oberkampf and Rue St Ambroise, this apartment is in a lively neighborhood with all the facilities and services down the street. It is located just a few steps away from the famous Père Lachaise cemetery and the Oberkampf trendy area with its restaurants and cafes. Premises: This charming 21m² (approx. 225 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is situated on the sixth floor of a 20th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and an intercom. The apartment faces the street and has a northeast exposure. The walls are painted and there are tile floors throughout. Windows are double-glazed. Layout: The entry door opens into a hallway; on the right are the living room, the open kitchen and the bathroom. The bedroom is at the end.
