Charming one bedroom apartment in the Oberkampf area

Neighborhood: Located between Rue Oberkampf and Rue St Ambroise, this apartment is in a lively neighborhood with all the facilities and services down the street. It is located just a few steps away from the famous Père Lachaise cemetery and the Oberkampf trendy area with its restaurants and cafes. Premises: This charming 21m² (approx. 225 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is situated on the sixth floor of a 20th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and an intercom. The apartment faces the street and has a northeast exposure. The walls are painted and there are tile floors throughout. Windows are double-glazed. Layout: The entry door opens into a hallway; on the right are the living room, the open kitchen and the bathroom. The bedroom is at the end. The 8m² (approx 85 sq. ft.) living room has a window. It is furnished with a sofa, an armchair, a dining table, a bookcase and a stereo. This room is decorated in a contemporary style with some paintings. The small but well arranged open kitchen has a skylight. It is equipped with a small refrigerator, a washing machine, an electric oven, two ceramic burners, a stainless-steel sink and a toaster. The 9m² (approx 95 sq. ft.) bedroom is furnished with a (140cm wide) bed, a closet with mirrored sliding doors and a chest of drawers. This room is equipped with a TV and a DVD player. The bathroom has a skylight, a shower and a toilet. Heat and hot water are individual and electric. The nearest metro stations are Parmentier (line 3) and Oberkampf (lines 5, 9).
