Neighborhood: Located between Rue Montmartre and Place des Petits Peres, this apartment is centrally located in the heart of the Second Arrondissement. It is in short walking distance to main points of interest such as the Comedie Francaise Theater, the Palais Royal, the Seine, the Place des Victoires, the Louvre and the adjoining Jardin des Tuileries. The neighborhood overflows with restaurants, cafes, and shops and has plenty of essential services. Premises: This 70m² (approx. 750 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is situated on the first floor of a 19th century elevator building with a concierge. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system as well as an intercom. After exiting the elevator, there are a few steps up to access the apartment. It has painted walls and wall-to-wall carpet. The kitchen has a wood floor and the shower room is tiled. Each room faces a small courtyard.
