Charming one bedroom apartment

Located between Rue des Dames and Rue Legendre, this 38m² one-bedroom apartment is a few steps away from the green Park Monceau and its nice gates. This area is part of a very selected and privileged area three metro stations away from the well-known Place de l'Etoile and the famous Avenue des Champs Elysees. Also not far are the sophisticated Avenue Montaigne with its luxurious shops, the famous parisian department stores and the superb Place de la Concorde. All around there are diverse sorts of very nice shops, traditional and celebrated restaurants, cafes, cinemas, open-air markets with the renowned Rue de Levis and supermarkets. This charming one-bedroom apartment is located on the fourth floor of a 19th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system. The apartment has white-painted walls and wood floor everywhere except for the bathroom. The apartment faces two courtyards (east, south and west exposures). The entry door opens on a hallway that leads to the living room with its open kitchen on the left-hand side, to the separate toilet on the right-hand side and the bathroom in the end. Access to the bedroom from the living room. The 18m² living room has two windows facing the courtyards and a decorative fireplace. It is furnished with a 140cm-wide sofa bed, an armchair, a dining table and a stereo. The open kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an electric oven, four electric burners, a cooker hood, a fridge, a washing machine and a coffee maker. The 12m² bedroom has a window with manual shutters facing the courtyard. It is decorated with a 140cm-wide bed, a desk, a cable TV, a VCR and a phone. The bathroom has a window, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a bathtub with a handheld showerhead. High speed internet access is available. Central heating and water heater are electric and individual. The nearest metro station is Villiers (lines 2 and 3).
