Basic studio with view on the Seine and the Eiffel tower
|
Located between Quai Louis Blériot and Avenue de Versailles, this quiet and bright 14m˛ studio apartment is in a mainly residential area. This part of the 16th district called Auteuil is very "chic".
The apartment is actually not far from the Maison de la Radio and just in front of the commercial neighborhood of Beaugrenelle where are a lot of shops and entertainment facilities.
Next to the apartment you will find a few restaurants, cafes, bakeries, wineries, bookstores and all the necessary food services.
Premises:
The 14m2-studio apartment with 3.10m ceilings is on the ground floor of a Hausman building of the 19thcentury. It is protected by a digicode and a concierge. The room has a stone floor. The living area, the kitchen and the bathroom are all in the same room. This studio is equipped with a high-speed Internet connection.
Layout:
The entrance door opens into the grey-tiled open bathroom (4m2). It has a shower, a marble washbasin and a toilet.
The living area (10m2) has a window facing south-est onto the Quai Louis Bleriot and is furnished with a single bed (0,90x2.00), a closet and a dining table with two stools. It comes with a cable TV.
The open kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, an oven with grill, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker and a cupboard.
The nearest metro station is Mirabeau (line 10). It provides an easy access to Saint-Germain des Pres and the Quartier Latin.
