Functional one bedroom apartment in the Marais
This 22m2 functional duplex apartment is located in a calm street of the Marais area between Rue de Bretagne and the Bd du Temple.
Very close is the Centre Georges Pompidou, known as well as Beaubourg, a large cultural center famous for its architecture, the City Hall, the Seine River, the Louvre Museum, and the famous pedestrian Rue des Gravilliers, residential and comercial street with nice greengrocers, fishmonger's, and restaurants. In this area one finds all sorts of shops, bars, and supermarkets.

This apartment is situated on the ground floor and first floor of an 1800's walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and the apartment is facing the courtyard. The walls are white painted, there are beams on the ceilings and tiled floor almost everywhere, as well as shutters on one of the windows.
The apartment is divided as follows: when you enter it is the 8m2 living room, followed by the open-kitchen, the separate toilet and the bathroom. On a first floor reachable by stairs is the 8m2 bedroom.

The living room has a French window and is decorated with a sofa, a dining table with chairs, a cable TV, a stereo and a telephone.
The bedroom has a window with curtains and is furnished with a double bed (140 wide), and a closet.
The open-kitchen is tiled and equipped with an electric oven, a small fridge, a sink, two electric burners, a coffee maker and a toaster.
The bathroom is tiled and has a window and is fitted with a shower, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a washing machine and dryer (combo).
Toilet is separate, tiled and has a small window.

The nearest metro station is Arts et Métiers (line 11).
