Located between Rue Etienne Marcel and Les Halles, this calm 50m2 pleasant duplex one bedroom apartment is ideally situated close to Les Halles. This nicely decorated apartment is just a few steps away from Place des Victoires, Les Halles and the Jardins du Palais Royal. The trendy and very parisian Montorgueil area, which is just the next street overflows of cafes, restaurants and has an open market with all the amenities and services in a calm pedestrian area. The apartment is situated on the 6th floor of a well-kept pre-war building having a small elevator. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and an intercom. It faces a courtyard, has a Southwest exposure, white-painted walls with a parquet floor, having beams on the ceiling and tastily decorated. You enter into 26m2 the living room, with the open kitchen; then the right hand side stairs gives access to the 24m2 bedroom with its private and closed bathroom. The living room gets air from the AC in the bedroom. It has three double glazed windows with white curtains; it is decorated with two sofas, (one is a 140 wide sofa bed), a coffee table, a dining table with 4 chairs, a stereo and the telephone; the open kitchen lined with a bar, has a stoned floor, it is furnished with a ceramic sink, 4 vitroceramic burners, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, a fridge and a toaster. The bedroom has AC, three double glazed windows with curtains, and a skylight. It is decorated with a 140 wide bed, bedside tables and reading lamps, a chest of drawers, a cabled TV with DVD and the telephone. The bathroom is closed by a Japanese claustra, it is equipped with a bathroom protected by a glass window, and it has a wall mounted shower head, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a toilet. The walls and the floor are with marble. High speed internet connection is available. The nearest metro station is Chatelet- Les Halles (lines 1, 4, 11, RER A, B driving directly from Charles de Gaulle Airport).
