Located in a calm alley between Rue de la Villette and Rue de Belleville, in one of the most picturesque and traditional areas of Paris this 85m2 townhouse with a 30m2 private garden is atypical and spacious.

With its 30 hectares, just beside it are the Cite des Sciences et de l'Industrie and the Geode with its 180 degrees' cinema screen. In a short distance are the Menilmontant area and the rue Oberkampkf, known as one of the trendiest place in Paris at the moment, with many diverse restaurants, nightclubs and trendy bars having been set up over the past few years. Places such as the Marais area, the Louvre Museum, or the Seine River are in 10 to 15 minutes by metro from the apartment.
This Townhouse is situated in a pedestrian alley where you will find other houses and gardens with a concierge.
The house is on three levels and is north and south oriented with high ceilings and many light entries.
There are white painted walls and wooden floors almost everywhere.
The house is divided as follows: when you enter it is the garden (with a table and chairs that can seat six people and a lot of plants and evergreens). The living room has three windows facing the garden and is decorated with a double sofa bed (140 wide), a coffee table, a decorative fireplace, a cable TV, separate VCR, a stereo a telephone, armchairs, a dining table and chairs and other decorative items.
The bedroom has two windows and has a view on the rest of the house and the garden. It is furnished with a double bed (140 wide), a telephone and shelves.
The office room has two windows facing the garden and open on the rest of the house and is fitted with a desk and a chair, a bookcase and lamps and decorative items.
The open kitchen has a window facing the garden and is equipped with a microwave, an electric oven, a dishwasher, four vitro ceramic burners, a fridge and freezer (combo), a ceramic sink and a coffee maker and toaster.
The bathroom has two windows and is fitted with a tub with a hand-held showerhead and a washbasin surmounted by a mirror.
The nearest metro stations are Jourdain and Pyrenees (line 11). There are also several bus lines going to Chatelet, Gare saint-lazare or Gambetta. The apartment is 10 to 15 minutes subway ride to the Seine River.
