Quiet two bedroom apartment
|
This 90 m2 two-bedroom apartment is located in the 3rd arrondisement, close to la Rue du Temple and Rue des Archives. A few steps away is the trendy and Oberkampf area, as well as République. Not very far is the Marais area, with its pedestrian mall, the Place Pompidou and the well-known Musée Beaubourg. The apartment is located on a very old and quiet Parisian street. Located nearby are many artisans in the jewelry trade.
The apartment is situated on the ground floor of an 18th century building, having a security code and a private lock on the front door. It has a large skylight above the living room, which lights-up the entire apartment. It has a Southwest exposure.
The entry door opens into a large corridor. On the right hand side is the kitchen, and at the end of the corridor is the 60m 2 living room. On the left hand side of the living room are the bedrooms, one with an adjoining private bathroom, a separate toilet with a washbasin. The second bedroom is on the other side of the living room.
The modern living room is furnished with a coffee table, armchairs, and a dining table with a 6 chairs. There is a skylight in the living room, which brightens this space and the bedrooms through specially designed openings in the walls.
The first bedroom is 12m2 and has four small built-in wall openings into the living room. It is decorated with a 140 wide bed, a chest of drawers, a writing desk with a computer. The first bathroom has a shower; a washbasin with an antic mirror and a shower. The second bedroom is also 12m2 large with specially designed wall openings to permit light . It is decorated with a 140 wide bed, a wardrobe, and a small TV with cable.
The kitchen; it is equipped with a stainless steel sink, a dishwasher, a fridge combo freezer, an electric oven, a cooker hood, a coffee maker and four electric burners.
The second bathroom has a skylight, a washbasin with an antic mirror, and a shower with a wall mounted showerhead. There is also a washer/dryer.
A high speed Internet connection is available.
The nearest metro stations are Arts et Métiers (lines 3, 11) and Temple (line 3).
