Neighborhood: Located between Boulevard Poissonniere and Rue des Petites Ecuries, this furnished two-bedroom loft in triplex has a terrace. It is located in a lively area of Paris with all the necessary services, restaurants, and cafes. A few steps away are the Grands Boulevards, lined with 19th century buildings that used to be the center of café and theatre life in the 18th and 19th centuries; the area abounds with fashion shops and entertainment such as theaters and cinemas. In a few minutes walking distance is the Opéra Garnier, and a little farther is the beautiful Place Vendome and the Louvre. Premises: This 165m² (approx. 1,775 sq. ft.) two-bedroom loft apartment is located on the ground floor of an industrial 18th century walk-up building. The entrance gate, protected by a coded security system, opens into a hall leading to a courtyard. A staircase then leads to a tunnel where a door with an intercom and key leads to the apartment entrance. The apartment door opens into the basement, which has a washing machine, a dryer and a sink. A staircase leads to the main room and the open kitchen, an open bedroom, the dressing room, the bathroom and the terrace. On the first floor are the second open bedroom, the shower room and an office space. The 110m² (approx. 1,180 sq. ft.) living room has a 6m high ceiling with small windows near the ceiling on one wall. It is furnished with a large sofa (3.2 m long) , some modern-style armchairs, a coffee table, some bookshelves and modern-style decorative items. z The 20m² (approx. 215 sq. ft.) open first bedroom is separated from the main room by a curtain. It is furnished with a double bed, a closet hidden under a staircase, a TV and a DVD player. The separate bathroom has a modern-style built-in bathtub topped by a showerhead, a washbasin and a toilette. It also has a dressing room. The open kitchen has a bay window overlooking the terrace. It is equipped with six gas burners topped by a cooker hood, two refrigerators, a freezer, an oven, a combo grill/microwave, a coffee maker and a kettle. There is also a modern-style bar and a small dining area. The 18m² (approx. 190 sq. ft.) terrace has a western exposure and overlooks a garden. In the main room, a staircase hidden beside a wall leads to the second open bedroom and the first floor. The second 20m² (approx. 215 sq. ft.) open bedroom overlooks the main room. It is furnished with a queen-size bed and a large bookshelf. The separate shower room has a washbasin, a shower topped by a showerhead and a toilette. There is also an open office area, which has a desk and chair. Heat and hot water are both gas. The nearest metro station is Bonne Nouvelle (lines 8,9).
