Located between Rue de Montreuil and Rue St Faidherbe, this cozy 40m² one bedroom is just a few minutes away from the Place de la Bastille and the Place de la Nation. These neighborhoods are well known for the Opera, Bastille built for 200th Anniversary of the French revolution. They are also renowned for their cafes, restaurants. Night life and artist places as in the Oberkampf area are 4 metro station away. The apartment is situated on the fifth floor of a 19th century building with an elevator. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system. and an intercom. The apartment faces a courtyard; it has an east/west exposure. All the walls are white painted and there is wood floor everywhere except in the kitchen, the bathroom and the toilet, which are tiled. The apartment is divided as follows: The entry door opens on a hallway that leads to the separate toilet and the bathroom on the right-hand side, the living room in the end and the bedroom on the left-hand side, and the kitchen at the top. The 16m² living room has a window with double-glazing and fabric curtains. It has a decorative fireplace and it is furnished with a dining table with matching chairs, a (140 cm wide) sofa bed, a desk, a TV, and a stereo. The 14m² bedroom has a window with double-glazing; it is nicely decorated with a secretary and (140cm-wide) double bed, an antic piece of furniture, an antic chest of drawers. The bathroom has a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a shower with a wall-mounted showerhead. The toilet is separate. The tiny separate kitchen, which is tiled and has a window, is equipped with a fridge (with a separate small freezer) a washing machine, two vitroceramic burners, a coffee machine and a toaster. It has all the utensils. Central heating and water heater is individual electric. The nearest metro station is Faidherbe Chaligny (line 8).
