One bedroom apartment with private garden apartment in Alesia Area

Neighborhood:
This furnished apartment is located between Rue Bezout and Rue Dumoncel. The street and the Alesia neighborhood where it is located are partly residential and commercial with all kinds of stores and services. Montparnasse, a lively and trendy area with theaters, cinemas, restaurants, and nice cafes, as well as the 6th Arrondissement and its elegant fashion stores, are a 10-minute subway ride away.
Premises:
This 57m² (approx. 610 sq. ft.) loft duplex is located on the ground floor of a 20th century building. The main entrance gate is protected by an intercom as well as a security system. The apartment faces a courtyard and a private 30m² garden. It has wood floors and double-glazing.
The 32m² (approx. 340 sq. ft.) living room has large windows up to the first level opening onto the garden. It is furnished with a 140cm-wide sofa bed, a dining table, armchairs, a stereo, a cable TV and a phone.
A DSL Internet connection is available.
The open kitchen has a window and is equipped with a stainless-steel sink, a dishwasher, four ceramic hotplates, an electric oven, a microwave, a cooker hood, a refrigerator, a freezer and a coffee maker.
Upstairs, the 25m² (approx. 265 sq. ft.) bedroom is furnished with a 180cm-wide bed, a bookcase, built-in wall closets and a French-style desk.
The bathroom, which has a window, contains a washbasin with a mirror and a tub with a wall-mounted showerhead, a washer/dryer and a toilet.
Heat and hot water are individual and electric.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Alesia (line 4).
