A Three bedroom in the Marais area

The apartment is located between Boulevard Richard Lenoir and Rue du Chemin Vert. Close to the apartment are the lively Rue de la Roquette with a number of diverse restaurants and cafes and the well-known historic Place de la Bastille and its new Opera House. The famous Pere Lachaise Cemetery is also not far away. Many celebrities such as the composer Chopin, the writers Moliere and Oscar Wilde, as well as Jim Morrison are buried there. You have fruits and vegetables shops in the neighborhood, books and clothing stores. A few steps away is the famous and well known area, Le Marais with its typical restaurants, cafes, concert venues, La Place des Vosges and its museums. This 102 m2 (approx. 1100. sq. ft.) apartment is located on the 1st floor of a walk up building from the beginning of the 20th century. The main entrance gate is equipped with a security system and opens into a corridor leading to the staircase. It has an eastern exposure on the street side and a western exposure on the courtyard side. It is divided as follows: Entering the apartment, to the left hand side is the 62m2 living room and on the right-hand side are 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. The 3rd bedroom is accessible from the living room. The 60m² (approx. 645 sq. ft.) living room is furnished with a double size sofa bed, two armchairs, a desk and a long library alongside the wall. A coffee table, a wooden dining table with matching chairs. It is also equipped with a cable TV, a VCR, a DVD player and a stereo. The 12m² (approx. 130 sq. ft.) 1st bedroom has a sofa bed (140 cm wide), two armchairs, a wardrobe and a desk with computer. It can be used as an office or a bedroom. It has a window facing the courtyard. The 9 m² (approx. 95 sq. ft.) 2nd bedroom is fitted out with a double size bed, 2 bedside tables and 2 lamps, a built in closet and a window. The 9 m² 3rd bedroom is ideal for a 11-12 year old child. It is furnished with a childbed. A mattress for a child is available. It has a window facing the courtyard. Functional and open in the living room, the kitchen has many cupboards containing the utensils, four gas burners topped by an exhaust fan, a multifunction electric oven, a fridge, a freezer and a washing machine. The windowed bathroom encloses a bathtub with a handled showerhead, an heated towel rack, a washbasin and toilet. Internet access is available. Heat and hot water use gas and are individual. The nearest metro station is « Chemin Vert » (line 8).
