Located between Bd du Montparnasse and Avenue du Maine, this one bedroom apartment is ideally located, a few steps away from the Jardin du Luxembourg, Rue de la Gaite Montparnasse, famous for its theatres and restaurants, it is a very lively neighborhood with all the facilities. It is also a few steps away from the Rue de Rennes and St Germain des Prés with its trendy shops and typical restaurants.
The apartment faces the famous Tour Montparnasse.
The 52m2 one bedroom apartment is on the sixth floor of a nine floor elevator building. It is protected by a Digicode and intercom system.
The apartment has a south exposure. The furniture is luxurious, antique Louis XVI style.
The 20m² living room has a window and is furnished with a sofa bed for 2 persons (160cm wide), a dining table with four chairs, armchairs, a mirror, as well as a TV with cable.
The separate kitchen has a microwave, a dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster, as well as all the necessary ustensils.
The 10m² bedroom is furnished with a (160cm-wide) bed.
Internet is also available in the apartment.
The bathroom has a washbasin / shower surmounted by a mirror and a bathtub with a plastic curtain and handheld showerhead.
