Situated between Place de la Bastille and rue Daval.

Also in a short walking distance is the singular royal Place des Vosges, Paris' oldest and arguably most beautiful square having been the place of residence of many historic personalities. Built by Henri IV its perfect symmetry and verticality are fine examples of classical French architecture. In the neighborhood there are many precious museums, arts galleries, antique shops, choice restaurants, cafes, and other convenience shops.
Located on the 2nd floor of a 19th century walk up building equipped with a security system and intercom, this comfortable Moroccan style decorated 47m2 one-bedroom apartment has genuine beams on the 2,70m high ceilings, white painted walls, a pleasant tiled floor, and double glazed windows. Southeast exposed windows garnished with curtains brighten the 20m2 living room. Facing a rectangular top glass coffee table set down on an area rug there are a 120cm wide single sofa bed with consoles and beautiful lamps on both sides, and two armchairs. Opposite to the round top glass dining table and four stylish wrought iron chairs there is stand with a cable TV with international channels, a DVD player, and a stereo. In addition there is a wall mirror, paintings, a telephone, and two windows ornate with white curtains overlooking the street.
A Japanese sliding door sets apart the 6m2 bedroom, fit out with a 160cm wide double bed placed between two nightstands and lamps. A window screened by curtains and protected by iron gates opens to the silent courtyard.
Particularly dressed up in white and blue the eat-in-kitchen is provided with a wall mounted rectangular table and two stools, an L-shaped tiled worktop, two electric and two gas burners, a hood with fan, a traditional electric oven, a microwave oven, a fridge, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. In the bathroom the walls are pink tiled, enclosing a bathtub with a wall mounted showerhead protected by a glass screen, a mirror above the oval white washbasin fit on a cabinet, other cupboards, and toilet.
